Ladies come join us with your dog to go walking and talking one morning a week. We walk for about an hour in various neighborhoods in and around Fallbrook, at Los Jilgueros Preserve, and on the Santa Margarita River trail. We occasionally take a trip to one of the nearby off-leash dog parks or the beach boardwalk. So if you're looking to get exercise with your pet and make some new friends come join us! All friendly dog breeds and sizes welcome.

"This is a group for anyone interested in walking and at a beautiful location". I have found it to be inspirational along with gorgeous sunsets. The Glenwood Trail ascends approximately 500 feet elevation to some of the most scenic viewpoints of Riverside. The trail is paved and is approximately 3.0 miles. There are plenty of hikers and walkers on this trail and dogs on leashes are welcomed. There is no cost for parking and parking is allowed on the streets.

California Canine Hikers organizes and leads day and evening hikes mainly in Los Angeles County foothills and mountains. Most of our hikes are relatively easy -- around five miles, round-trip, with no more than about 1,000' of elevation gain. Some, however, are a bit more challenging, and can run to eight or more miles in length and contain more than a thousand feet of gain. While our activities, and indeed the entire club, are very casual, we insist that the dogs remain leashed at all times, th …

If you know of a great trail that you have been on, I encourage you to submit it. All trails shou …
